Prime meridian want to **** me

I’m writing with a painful heart that PMD is putting me through,I received a call and an email on the 29 February 2024 that my claim was approved and my car will be fixed by NMS and they may commence with the repairs only to be called few days later that it has been written off.im talking about a car that can be fixed,I then asked permission to get a second accredited penal beater to asses the damage,not only did I try one but two and I was told the same thing that this car can be fixed and also the person who asses the car from PMD only assessed it with pictures not physically so,because they quoted things that we’re not damaged according to the panel beater I got,this has been a straining weeks fighting to have my car fixed and not being written off and the options they are giving me are not fair it’s like they want that car for themselves.i have been calling numerous times wanting to talk to Jacque the assessor and all this time we were talking but he cut me off when I called back Xolisile Mdluli then told me he was not available I’m writing this after after more than hours and they told me they will get back to me but nothing,All I ask is for PMD to explain why they gave me false hope that the car was approved that it was getting fixed by NMS only to be heartlessly told that it’s written off. Jaque said the car is expensive to be fixed while I'm paying expensive premium I requested to opt for a second assessor which they allowed and the said we must quote over 70% to save the car but they still want to write my car off. I have an email as proof that the car was approved.
