Prime Meridian, the worst insurance ever!

I had an accident on the 15th of November 2015 where I was told that my car was a write off by Anton. I submitted all the required documents I waited and waited and waited for feedback until I decided to call and was told to re-submit my documents. I kept on calling and calling with no answer as Anton was always busy with other clients so I was told, and when I reach him he told me that he cant get hold of the police man who has my accident report (Com'on Anton) and that was January 2016. Hi mayabajames,

We are truly sorry to learn of the unfortunate predicament you are in and understand that a loss in any form, is always inconvenient.

Whilst we do our best not to inconvenience our policyholders by requiring them to take their vehicle for a costly and time-consuming independent pre-inspection before the commencement of cover. We are unfortunately exposed to a higher than normal degree of risk. To mitigate this risk, all information provided by clients upon submission of a claim needs to be verified and validated by independent sources as far as possible.

Having considered the most unusual circumstances leading up to your loss and that the circumstances are the most difficult to verify and validate, the information you supp**** needs to be verified and validated by other means.

Our Claims Department has however confirmed that the validation is near finalisation and that your assigned claims technician will continue to keep you abreast of any new developments.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.

Kind Regards,

The PMD Team
