Prime Meridian The worst insurance company ever

I have an insurance cover with Prime meridian since 09 July 2013 Prime Total Loss Protection Plan C- 100% policy , On the early morning of the 22nd of September 2017 my car was attempted to be ****** from my place of residence, I spoke to Yvonne and explained that the car was attempted to be ****** and I explained the damages on the ignition, computer box and the door she advised me to open a case and which I had already done and that she will forward me claims forms, and she providesshe me with a claim number CL ********** 33 and I need to also sent pictures of the damages on the car, I received the forms on the 22nd which according to my understanding were wrong forms as there was no proper explanation on which sections of the form I need fill, this resulted in the forms only reaching them on the 2nd of October 2017 due to the miscommunication. On the 4th of October they sent an assessor to come assess the car, Prime Meridian then advised me that they actually not liable for the damages on the car because it was recovered and that as a favour to me they will only pay R10 000. due to the fact that I use this car to travel to work and I am currently struggling to get to work I agreed so that the repairs can commence. There was no communication as to when the car will be collected for repairs and on the 19th of October I received a list of panel beaters from Lynette Jacobs that I can choose from to have the car repaired, I then selected a panel beater and I was advised Prime Meridian is not in good terms with the panel beater I have selected, but due to me not being able to get hold of most of the panel beaters, I then requested Prime Meridian to select a panel beater their in good terms with, I was then advised that is not possible for them to select a panel beater on my behalf I then choose the panel beater that I had previously dealt with when I had my first claim. The Car was only collected from my place of residence on the 24th October 2017. A couple of days later I was called by the panel beater advising me that the cost of repairs according to the assessor from Prime Meridian will cost R 19606.58 , I went to the panel beater on the 9th November 2017 to go check on the progress of the repairs , and to my surprise I was told that the total cost of repairs will be R 26 606.58 which means I will now be liable to pay R16 606.58, I am not getting any joy speaking to prime meridian consultants, I am being sent from pillar to post and no proper explanation is given to me. I have paid this insurance from 2013 till now a premium of R 612.81 this is my second claim, and even on the first claim I struggled getting proper service. My contract says I do not have to pay access but I am now told I am liable to pay R 16 606.58 in order to get my car back. The cover I am under stipulates that they will pay for Theft & Hijack Protection there is no explanation on what happens when the car was attempted to be ****** but was recovered and there are damages on the car, this is the worst insurance company I have had to deal with, Prime Meridian are a bunch of ****** because this simply means I have been paying this insurance for nothing, because now that I need them to pay for the damages on the car I am told they are not liable, since 22 September 2017 to this day I have not even spoken to any manager to show that they do not care about client retention and the needs of their customers. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY !!!!
