Prime meridian insurance promises are not true
August 9 2015 I was involved in an accident up until today the insurance is giving me problems regarding my claim and if I request to speak with the manager they always refuse. The problem actually was that they were robbing me in order for them to benefit, first they under quoted the vehicle so that that will save on the claim and they took 2months to process the paperwork and finally when they approve I had to hire a person to tow the car \on my expenses "then the garage received the car and when they check the car their repairing amount was R142725.00 which suggest that the car must be written off while theirs is R77088.49. Till today I don't have a car yet I'm paying every month for the installment of the car and this is the 4th month they just don't care I've been calling them day by day wasting my airtime and I've suffered a lot during the absence of my car in every way personal and work related such dat I lost an option for promotion because I don't ha a car and it's a requirement. My baby got burnt I had to use public transport with the baby screaming because of pain the list is endless but all I can say I'm suffering yet I have a car and it was insured."""

As you know, you have already referred your complaint to the Ombudsman for Short Term insurance where our assessment report and the outcome of your claim was found to be correct.
Your claim in terms of the Accident Contribution Benefit has been finalised and you have signed a binding agreement of loss for an amount to be payable to your preferred repairer before submitting this complaint.
Although we are entirely sympathetic to your challenging personal circumstances, we are not empowered to exceed the terms of the policy contract.
