Prime Meridian Direct they are delaying to prosses my claim

I have a problem with prime meridian direct. On the 29/04/23 my car was ****** and I report the case at Protea Glen Police station same day. On the 01/05/23 I made a claim of theft because it was weekend and weekend the claim stuff they don't work and since then, I send everything that they need to prosses my claim and that's mean I have to pay a second payment again next week. And this things is still traumatising me and I'm struggling to go to work.. Please help.
