Prime Meridian Direct - The Worst Car Insurance Company.

I have had the worst experience with this insurer. I put in a claim, they decided to send my car to a repairer of their choice that turned out to be horrible and did a bad job on my car. After numerous attempts of getting my car sorted out, I eventually had to take the matter to the ombudsman. Where they continuously **** with impunity and no consequences. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
