Prime meridian Direct Insurance and My tow SA (Pty) Ltd

I have received bad service from your service providers on the 1st of November. I requested a claim on my car for towing services. The towing company ( My tow SA Pty Ltd) came into my yard to tow the car,however as they were towing my car my car got damaged whilst being towed by the service provider driver Ndoweni Muvhango. I took pictures and called my Insurance PMD to request a number to escalate this issue as now they is a damage on the car caused by the towing company(My tow SA (Pty) Ltd) . I was given an email address to complain about this issue and was advised to send pictures too. I did exactly what I was advised to do. I have sent pictures and the context of what really happened during that incident at this email address ***. I have followed up with the matter last week then I was advised the service provider My tow SA Pty Ltd will repair the car. This past Friday. I was called by Rhulani apparently his the owner of the business. He said his driver is not at fault and will come access the car. I agreed for him to come access the car as long as its scheduled . Yesterday on Sunday at 18:32, he comes with a Group of people to access the car without notice. At that time my Husband went to our gate to hear how could he assist them. they said they came to access the car on a Sunday at 18:32 without notice, I have received disrespect from your service provider (My tow SA (Pty) Ltd ) at all angles. Now this is ridiculous and now this adds up to me that your service provider My tow Sa (Pty) Ltd doesn't want to fix my car and are fighting with me personally whilst they caused damage on my car.Towing car came at 18:30 unannounced without setting an appointment. They came in a group of 5. 4 men and 1 women. They came with a tow car and 1 car Mercedes Benz A class. This was clearly an attack and not with intention of accessing the car. I am had enough as your PMD customer with your service provider This is really unacceptable. They were forcefully trying to get in the yard to access the car without scheduling time with me, at insane hours whilst it was our family time around 18:32 on a Sunday 19 November 2023

I really fear for my life, when people come at that time as a group of five during my family time just to access the car without an appointment. I really want to part ways with PMD and their service provider called My tow SA Pty Ltd. This is plain harassment from PMD and my tow SA (Pty) Ltd.
