GUARANTEES Your premium will NEVER increase! You will NEVER pay an excess! This is how Prime Meridian Direct advertise their motor vehicle insurance policy. Just don’t ask them to pay for repairs on accident repairs. Vehicle repaired in November 2015 and repairers to date not paid. Claims department do not respond to email and never phone back. Numerous emails and calls with no response. Be careful with this insurance administrator. No wonder your premium do not increase and you pay no excess. Prime Meridian Direct also do not like to pay.

As you are aware, our client’s claim was approved and his vehicle repaired. Moreover, as you have highlighted, he did not have to pay ANY excess nor were his premiums increased following his recent claim.
Unfortunately, it seems it was necessary to obtain an amended invoice from you following the audit of the repair costs your panel beater shop submitted. Nonetheless, we have confirmed that payment has been made and our client remains satisfied with the cover that he has with us.
