Prime Meridian Direct incredibly Long Claim Turnaround
After being with Prime Meridian for almost 4 years now, paying all premiums on time - it is taking them more than 31 days to finalize my claim

Can you give me a time frame by which my claim should be resolved?
Week in and week out i keep hearing the same story that you are awaiting a report from the scene expert, which you should be receiving "soon". This expert conducted an assessment on the 12th of February, he has had 4 full weeks and 3 working days to compile this report. And why should I suffer this long because of this.
