I have insured my car with PMD for almost 3 years and when I joined they said no excess is payable when you claim even now when they advertise it's still the same thing then I was knocked by a motor bike when I called them they told me I have to pay R5000 for excess then when I told them m not supposed to pay excess fee then I was told they will get back to me few days down the line I send them an email and when they rep**** they said they cannot be able to fix my car because the money that s needed at the panel beater is less than the excess fee even now I still have not heard anything from them it's so disappointing that people will join this ***** called an insurance not knowing that they will not get help when they have a problem.as for me m very disappointed n planning to find better insurance to cover my car.
