Prime Meridian Direct are ******

I have an existing claim for reimbur*****t with PMD, they have been giving me the run around, requesting documents from my self and the repairer. And I have been compliant with them from Day 1. In November 2021 I submitted a claim for reimbur*****t to Prime Meridian Direct for my VW Polo TSI Comfortline, I had opted to have the vehicle fixed my self since I did not have the Access fee at the time the accident happened. I communicated with PMD to have my vehicle removed from SMD where it was capped for storage and paid a release fee. I then took the Vehicle to an independent repairer, and negotiated with them to have my vehicle fixed, while I'd pay them in installments. We came to and agreement, with in a few days, the first installment was paid to the repairer. I then communicated with PMD about the status of the vehicle and kept them updated. They requested that I send all relevant documents, and I comp****. On the 10th of January 2022, I then payed the outstanding amount to the repairer and got my vehicle back, I took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to PMD as they had requested, I sent them all the relevant invoices. My problems started then with PMD, they kept on delaying and asking for invoices of the parts that were purchased by the repairer, I requested that they call the repairer and request those invoices, because I had been communicating with the repairer and they explained to me that They supply the parts and repair. Hence there was only one invoice, for the breakdown cost of the the parts installed on the vehicle and the labour cost. PMD then contacted the repairer and requested the documentation, the repairer explained to PMD that they order the parts in bulk and repair, there won't be an invoice from the main supplier for one part. Now Prime Meridian Direct ask the supplier how did I manage to pay to have my vehicle fixed, which is personal information and the repairer has no knowledge of. This Lady from PMD name Lerato was rude to the repairer and the repairer called to inform me that this is what transpired. I then called PMD to find out the outcome of my claim, and I was informed that they will not pay if they do not get the invoice for the parts purchased from the main supplier. Again I explained to them what the repairer had explained to me, that they do not have have an invoice for single parts.... They order in bulk. I need assistance, Prime Meridian Direct is refusing to pay me, while the vehicle is fully operational and I, the client is happy with the work done by the repairer.
