Do not support them, you are in for one hell of a surprise when it comes to claiming for a loss.
When we took out vehicle insurance with this company, I declared that I am working as operations manager at a security company, and that I use my vehicle for work purposes. On all of these, the sales person said it's fine, nothing to worry about. In March 2020, on my way to a shooting and ******* incident wherein one of my employees was injured, a lady skipped a stop sign, right into my lane, and my car was written off.
PMD did a thorough investigation, but instead of going to the insurer of the third party, dismissed my claim due to speeding (I was not doing 60 as I was on route to a scene as stated above), and one of the exclusions on my policy stated that if conducting security related work, it is an automatic dismissal of a claim - funny, my money was good enough and this was declared beforehand. We only got a physical copy of the insurance document when the claim was submitted - everything else was done over the phone. They do not even consider "hey this is a paying client of ours, he had right of way, he was on his way to a scene where one of his employees could have been dead or dying and he DID declare the nature of his work to us". Nope, they take your money and when you claim, they actually look for an excuse not to pay or to assist.
And they should not even try and state this is the industry standard - because it's not. A colleague of mine's son was involved in a vehicle accident last year, he was at fault, and the insurer he is with, paid out not only the damage to the third party, but also to his vehicle. I am seeing a lawyer tomorrow in any case - but stay away from these leeches.

You will not contact me, I am no longer interested in dealing with you. My wife is moving her insurance this week still. You can go to hell.

"Any half decent insurance company would have taken steps against the 3rd party involved in the accident on behalf of their client" - this is the part you miss, and it goes to show that you are not at all good in what you do and that no one should support you. The person skipped a F$TFRER^%^$^& stop sign!!!! There would have been no accident if she stopped like she should have! And that is where you miss the bus you *****s.
Don't look into this any further, you are wasting everyone's time. I have seen an attorney, we will take it from here - something YOU should have done.

And then the fun started. My wife barely sent the cancellation email, and PMD was on the phone, trying to contact her. After numerous futile attempts, they sent an email, stating they have to have the recording of her cancelling the policy. Told you she was going to cancel.
Oh don't bother responding, this is just for you and the people reading the reviews, to take note.
