Prime Meridian Direct

I rated prime meridian so high, am dissapointed with the recent claim I logged, repairs cost 84k and am only covered for 12k,when they sold me this insurance I asked more than twice about the difference between comprehensive and customized cover of which they explained that everything is the same besides that if the vehicle is written off it will be covered for the market value and not retail,I even took a top up cover.now my car got a minor accident and am being told a new thing, am highly dissapointed and sad with prime meridian but am awaiting for a copy of the recorded call because this is unfair.
