I have requested a car insurance from the above mentioned company, then I the consultant quoted me a deal i thought it was good at that time, only to research more about the company. i found bad news about the company then I called Patty on ********** to cancelled yesterday the premium and received an sms notifying me its cancelled but today they deducted a full amount of R1 101.80 from my account without my consent. When i called them to query this matter was told sorry and they can only refund me after 40 days. I want my money back because i don't want bad service from this insurance!!!!!!

Rest assured that our refund waiting period is not for the sake of inconveniencing our clients but for the protection of our policyholders. Experience has taught us that after requesting a premium refund policyholders often still reverse the amount directly at the bank within 40 days. This then leads to a double premium being refunded.
A review of your policy confirmed that the instruction to debit the premium in question had already been sent to your bank prior to the cancellation of your policy. As a result, the debit order could unfortunately not be cancelled and was deducted as per instruction. However, we can confirm that you have since reversed the deducted premium and your policy has been successfully cancelled.
