Prime Meridian Direct 😡👎😡👎😡 - Prime Meridian Direct has gotta be the worse insurance to have! Guys when looking into getting vehicle insurance please don't ever ever ever use them.. The most unprofessional insurance I have ever dealt with, I have been having endless problems and no one seems to be giving a damn. The customer service is beyond pathetic!!! I don't understand all staff work for the same company yet gives clients different info everytime u call and just by the way no feedback from PMD no sms of email nothing... I'm so flippen done with u guys,I'm beyond ****ed! A simple claim which could be done in less than a week is taking over a month and is still not sorted and u guys are still messing up on the claim. I will definitely be taken this up further!!! Urgent feedback is required. Thanks 🙏
