Prime is refusing to cancel my car insurance
I called in to cancel my car insurance and I was told a thousand reasons why I should not cancel your services which led to a refusal.
Firstly, I have the right to cancel my car insurance without troubles.
Secondly, your reviews on hello peter are extremely bad and I am going to add my experience with you there.
Kagiso jumped in to assist, promised me for a call which never happened.
Thuli promised to call me back, and they all waited for a knock off time so they don’t have to handle this cancellation,
She sent me an SMS saying she will escalate the matter, I am forced to send my quote from the competitor. I told her I want to cancel anyway but she went ahead and escalated it.
And sent this Sms which I did not ask for:
