Prime is a ****, ****** ever
This is the worst insurance ever on 30 November 2025 I was involved in a car accident after they called me 100 times for a statement, I was told my car is a write off, they sent me up and down and now they telling me my claim is declined, I have asked them to send me The CCTV footage and the investigator report resulted in my claim being declined nothing till today, they just sent with a release fee for towing and storage fee. These are the ****** I have been paying even for the car hire 30days but I had the car hire for 16days and I was told to return the car hire because my claim is declined... People run away from prime South otherwise you will stress for the rest of your life

You have been but a stress to me...you are just enjoying our money and when it comes serious claims you just look for loophole not to pay, I have seen many people on the reviews who have been involved in car accident are crying for the same thing...you are not insurance but ****** but enjoy while it last....am coming for you
