Prime insurance Claim

I want to write a review about prime insurance I just had recently. I was insured with prime South Africa and I had just cancelled them this month moving on to another insurance. On the 22nd of August 2026 I got involved in an accident and I lodged a claim with the insurance. The AR statement with the police clears me of wrong doing and the statement I gave is exactly what happened. I bumped into another car at the back after overtaking when I was already back to my lane because the rear lights were not working. The insurance is rejecting my claim because according to their claws I was over speeding. The claws from their side says I should not over speed by more than 20km/h and I only passed that because I had to accelerate and overtake so I don’t have to face oncoming traffic. I would really like some help because I believe my claim was unfairly ruled.
