Prime insurance access payback

I have been waiting for 8 months for my access claim to be paid back but everytime i have to call i have to mail i have to msg. I was told they are the best insurance bull s#t. They are so fast to debit every month but when it comes to doing there part believe me no help. Now they are off line u can only mail them.
