PREMIUM THAT NEVER RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL AMOUNT

I feel like PMD is showing me true colours after I have used it for more than a year without missing a single payment.

I have received an update letter on 28 October 2020 with regards to an increase to my premium, I guess due to accidents that I had, of which I didn't have a problem with that as the letter stated as follows

"You may recall that when you originally purchased your policy, we guaranteed that your premiums would never increase as long as you remained claim free. We have kept this promise to you. Because you have claimed in the past 12 months, we have reviewed your policy and have app**** a moderate premium increase that will only apply for the next 12 months. Thereafter, your premiums will return to their original amount. Your premium has been temporarily increased as follows:"

Now that the premium has to go to its original amount, I have spoke to 2 consultants from their office telling me about two different stories, of which you can see that they are doing whatever necessary not to go back to the original amount as stated on their own letter sent to me.

I was committed to be part of the PMD, after they came through and very helpful when I was involved in the accidents but now this.

They are really pushing me out.

I will give them one more push, should they be arrogant again, I am gone.
