Poor service PMD prime meridian

I am MR A Ratheepaul i have a motor vehicle insurance with PMD comprehensive cover, i went into pothole on the M25 highway durban.. My vehicle has damages.. I activated my PMD policy. Its gone 2 weeks the car is still parked in my yard. Cl no ***.PMD is dragging their feet to uplift my car to take it to their panel beater.. The car is a BMW it has no ****in spare or jack because it has run flat tyres.. The car needs to be assesed for further damages so i cant drive it it needs to be towed... The companies are gonna close soon so now my car will be stuck in panel shop and i cannot get extra time withbthe highered car. I tried to get my own panel shop..... Heres it here Nobody wants to work with PMD the worst service for insurance i had to go with their choice of panel shop,,,, who actually trying to assist me.. The panel shop is assisting me.... Pmd does not sign one person to your claim one million ****in people answer all giving you the run around.... Those of you want to take pmd do not... Those of you got pmd please change... Worst service ever.. I am now handing the the claim and its so called clauses for car rental and towing to my attorney let them handle this claim.... I am a ****ing pensioner you do this to people who served their time for this country... Shame on pmd shame on you disgraceful and pathetic service all of yoh hopeless....
