Poor Service, No Urgency, No Communication
I am deeply saddened by my recent experience with PMD I won't lie. I was involved in an accident 6 weeks ago, when an old lady hit me from behind while I was at a stopped by the traffic light. My car sustained damages at the rear and front.
Since then, my vehicle has been at the panel beaters getting fixed. My problem is that I am a victim of the industries bureaucracy. My insurer and the panel beater don't seem to be working in unison in order to get me my car back as soon as possible. I say this because when I call either of them, I hear conflicting remarks one talking about the other as if it's my job to be seeking updates all the time.
We're heading into week 7 now and I still don't have my car; I am truly frustrated because I need my car back as soon as possible. I feel like I am not taken seriously, I am just an afterthought. I pay my premiums, and my car installment goes through every month, so I deserve some respect, and my claim should be handled with urgency.
I spoke to the gentleman by the name George from PMD who is dealing with ordering the parts needed for the repairs, he unfortunately isn't communicating with the panel beaters in making sure the required parts are sent out accordingly and in a timely manner, meanwhile I am the one getting the short end of the stick.
Did I even mention that I always get updates if I call, if I don't nobody says anything to me - meaning Prime. There's only so much the panel beaters can do, I blame Prime for lack of communication, this is terrible and unacceptable. I am really disappointed by this whole experience, almost 2 months now my car has been out of my hands, yet they want their premium at the end of the month.
