Poor service from Prime SA 😢 😞 😪 😔
I am writing to vent my frustration about the poor service that I have received from prime SA I have been a loyal client and never missed a premium. My car suffered natural disaster as a result of flood after the car was assessed the deemed it a write off and only to learn after that my claim is invalid. I mean the rain and water that was pushed towards my car and it came to a stall was external and not withing my control. They don't want to pay me because they are saying I drove into the flood what a joke. Why would I do that to a car that i have a personal touch to.

Here's a polished version of your letter to convey a professional tone:
Dear Prime SA,I am writing this letter to express my deep disappointment and frustration as a loyal and paying client with the service I have received regarding my recent claim. It is highly disheartening to find myself being blamed for circumstances beyond my control when it is the insurer’s responsibility to provide fair and reasonable service. Specifically, I am being held accountable for an incident on December 14, 2024, in Boksburg, where heavy rain and adverse weather conditions resulted in water being pushed towards my car, causing it to stall.I find it unreasonable and unfair that this situation, which affected others similarly, is being interpreted as my fault or intention. It is difficult to believe how responsibilities can be shifted and claims denied, seemingly to avoid fulfilling an obligation, rather than to provide the equitable support that policyholders like myself expect and deserve.I kindly request that you reconsider my claim, taking into account the facts and external conditions that led to this unfortunate event. Fair treatment and responsible service are at the core of customer trust, and I hope my experience will be reviewed with the seriousness and integrity it warrants.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
