Poor service delivery and an unfair claim outcome
If you are going to let these ones cover your insurance needs, you must be willing to wait 7 months for a single claim to be solved, and they don't care who fixes your car, anyone can just be awarded the opportunity to fix your car,
Recently I got a call from the same insurance company, they wanted to offer me cover at the "lowest premium ", which means I've been lying to myself thinking I am covered with Prime South Africa, Unprofessional and uninformed and misleading.
If you think you'll get feedback from them you've got another thing coming.
