Poor Service Delivery
Service is really **** and they take forever to assist even when you are the one who called.
I did not get the service I pay for on monthly basis. Instead I ended up spending more for 0 service
Outsurance has been ten times better than them and I am thinking of leaving LMD

20 Oct 2023, 18:45Two days went by without a call from PMD yet your message said within two days. You are delaying the process yet you debited money on my account but provided 0% service I have to call you for feedbacks and you don’t capture things on your system in time which also delays my query
