Poor service

I’m soo disappointed with their service. My car was parked while I was having an appointment with the doctor and the taxi came and hit and run on my car😭since I submitted a claim on the 20 of September even now I haven’t heard from them. The case no was submitted and the claim forms were submitted to them they only told me to wait for their response in 2 days. Even today I’m still waiting for their response. I stuck as if I don’t have a car meanwhile I’m paying for my car insurance every month.
