Poor service at it’s best
This is my second review in one claim, I wrote a review then was promised that someone is going to call me till today no one has updated me. Every time I call they say my claim is still under validation but I was told validation takes 5-15 days and today is more than that.
I am so frustrated because even when you call them you won’t get any proper feedback and they will never call to update you on anything that time your car is at their storage because they decided to write it off.
I trusted PMD so much but now I’m hopeless everyday I have a job to call them but I won’t get any straight answer.

10 Aug 2023, 08:23I was involved in a car accident on the 17 of July, its been four weeks now my claim being under validation but I was told validation is 15 working day max. I called on day 15 which was Friday the 4th of August then Remofeloe who is supposedly handling my claim assured me that she has passed the claim to the assessors now I must just wait for the outcome of the claim.
They last called me on the 18th of July when they were doing interviews I had been the one calling everyday checking for progress which I never got any answer and finally on Tuesdays afternoon the 8th of August to my suprise I got a call from them thinking they will tell me about the outcome of my claim instead they are saying that they cant find the location of the accident on the tracker????? What is that?
I sent all the relevant documents required including Accident report which also has the location of the accident which is R503 Danville since the police also came to the scene to write a report.
Bear in mind my car was declared a write off and its with them. I am very hopeless now because it seems as if PMD and its stuff are ***********.
