Hello M@sindi,

We appreciate the time you have taken to raise your concern with us.

It is most pleasing to learn that you are in the process of repairing your vehicle following the approval of your claim and that you will be back on the road soon.

As you are aware, it seems there may have been some miscommunication by your chosen repairer as the cost of the bearing was approved in your claim. Unfortunately, we are however, continually subjected to inflated part and labour prices by panel beaters.

Nevertheless we endeavour to negotiate this on your behalf. The audit of repairs forms an integral part of our business and assists in ensuring we are able to keep providing you with fixed premiums for life.

Kind regards,

The PMD Team
