Poor service and delaying tactics for claims

This is the worse insurance ever, my claim was declined in October and I lodge a complain and they said they will reisntate the claim for further validation, after so many calls I calls I did requesting outcome of my claim and they start to do investigations of initial claim after a month fighting to get approval, I will not recommend any person to join the fly by night insurance which only takes people's money. I wish Santam as the underwriter can cancel this nonsense insurance company.
