I had enough I pay my premium each month and on time now I'm not getting any help on time... @ prime meridian direct you went all out to hire an expert but now are you failing to help, but the was same expert is hire with my premium,,, I'm totally disappointed and very angry about all this.... I made enough follow up calls... On the accident that happened on 6th in rustenburg...I'm tired of waiting now.

This doesn't help with anything still..... They didn't approve the claim due the speed, which there's no no road signs, on the day incident I was using navigate don't remember get any warning that I have exceed the speed limit... I'm so ****ed off at Pmd.. It better give me premiums since my previous claim.. Then cancel the cover,... I will see myself out.. What an waste of my time and money with pmd... I waited for more than 15 days for nonsense like this

Hello Elton E,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand your disappointment with the outcome of your claim.
At Prime, we pride ourselves on promptly paying all valid claims. Our validation processes are performed and designed to ensure the protection of all of our clients.
While insurance is designed to protect you in the event of an accident, cover is always subject to the terms and conditions of your policy. In this case, driving more than 20km/h over the applicable speed limit is not covered under your policy. Moreover, during the claims process, we rely on independent proof of the speed limits and road conditions when making decisions.

Our Market Conduct Team has been alerted to your concern and will provide further clarity.

Why worry about premium hikes? Prime offers fixed premiums for 2 years, giving you one less thing to stress about.
Committed to resolving your concern with care.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
