Poor service
I had an incident on 17th of February 2027 on a very pouring day on the toad in R34 Empangeni where I got into a pothole. The claim was approved so quickly the turn around time stipulated but up until Today my car is still not fixed. When you write a complaint on their portal they don't attend to it. Their service is very poor. From February to August car is still not fixed

28 Aug 2025, 08:31Dear Thembi N,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We value hearing from our clients as it helps us improve our service.
Rest assured that we always do all in our power to avoid delays during the repair process. It is also true that the repair process may be affected by several factors which are outside the control of the repairer. We do, however, pride ourselves in ensuring that cars are returned to clients in a good, repaired condition.
A review of the claim confirms that the parts required for your car were on back order from the manufacturer. We are pleased to note that all parts have now arrived, and your car is in the final stages of repairs and undergoing quality control.
Prime SA takes pride in offering budget-friendly insurance products paired with compassionate service, ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
