Poor handling of claim

CLAIM CL ********** 17 I got involved in a accident on 27/04/2019,PMD send the documents that I have to complete on the 29/04/2019. I completed the required documents and send it back to them the same day. I also send an Affidavit and completed the MTN form they requested from me on 10/05/2019.Today is the 15/06/2019 almost 2 months since the accident happened. But still PMD cannot give clearance to when I will be able to receive an outcome. Anza Mariba from the claim department stated several times that they have not, been able to finalize the claim due to outstanding cellphone records from MTN. Which is so frustrating, because I already submitted the Affidavit on the 10/05/2019 I even provided her with my itemised calls from MTN and a petrol card statement. I'm really frustrated and disappointed in PMD for their terrible claim process. I've submitted everything they requested from me and even more and now PMD is putting the blame on MTN for the delay in the claim. I hereby request an immediate outcome for this problem.
