Poor disgusting
So disappointed with PMD rejecting my claim of an incident stating that it was submitted late yet they were still investigating the first claim worse part my vehicle was not assessed by them accurately yet my car was leaking after it was fixed from a local panel beater im taking them to Ombudsman and to my lawyers my advice dont join this car insurance only good…

Whilst it is true that the purpose of insurance is to protect one in the event of an accident, it is also true that such cover is only provided on the condition that a driver keeps to the policy terms and conditions.
We have received your complaint from the office of the Ombudsman of Short-Term Insurance (OSTI) regarding this very same matter. In these instances, we are required to direct all communication through the OSTI's office and are obliged to await the findings of the OSTI which we shall of course respect.
It will no doubt reassure you to know that PMD offers a 24-month fixed premium guarantee on all claim free policies!
