Poor customer service by PMD Insurance

I reported that my gearbox was damaged due to accident that was caused by a pothole while traveling and to this date I have not received response whether you will fix my gearbox or not but you have been deducting money from my account even this coming pay day you will deduct but you can't approve my claim. PMD your service is poor I regret the day I took this insurance, I wouldn't recommend you to anyone even if you were the last insurance in the world. It's been a month now I don't have a car to go to work yet I tell people my car is insured, what a disgrace
