poor customer service

Guys I am SOOO angry and disappointed with this insurance, i have been regretting the choice i made in choosing them, how can one not get deceived when they use phrase's like Our promise to you - world-class client service but this was a nightmare and still is our car was involved in an accident in March around Roodepoort back smash being a women driver with kinds in the car you can understand the trauma and confusion now boom my car was towed to Vaal and this is only after my brother was busy trying to find out where the car is no communication or explanation why the car was towed the event the agent there was surprised when we asked him why when PMD has workshops around Roodepoort calling for feed back has been a night mare every time you an agent would want you to explain again from the start about my case worse was when they promise to call back only after 2weeks you get a respond not even a solution - the car was brought back three time and still not fixed and they want to take it back to Vaal mind you these people are driving my car back and forth - i asked about that they still not coming back to me till date my car is still not fixed 2 weeks ago only email communication was repairer wants to know when they can fetch the car after a lengthy explanation even photos sent, we have even decided to take it further now being that there is cost implication since march and PMD is not coming to the table, with me still paying my premiums ,i could write a book about everything that happed since March till now being a very very angry client.
