Poor customer service
<p>Was in a accident on the 6/03/2017. My car towed by the tow truck organised by prime meridian direct. The tow truck that was were the the accident was. Was told that they can not tow the car. The a tow truck that was from Rondebosch was called to tow the car. I had to wait for more than an hour as I was close to Brackenfell. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was then told I was liable for the cost as I didn't have tow assistant on my policy. The tow track that was there was going to charge me R600 now I had to R2021 to collect my car then keep it at home until the finish their investigation that includes phone records and sms that I sent from 17H40 to 11H40 of the day of the accident. What is funny when you get into contract everything is rosey until you claim. When they collect premiums from you every month you are good enough until you claim. </p>

Whilst you did not select the additional benefit for towing and storage costs. Clients do find considerable value in the “free” storage period during which we can assess the insured vehicle without incurring any storage fees.
