PMD,you have defeated me

Hi PMD. I’ve never been so defeated in my life.

I was in an accident on the 27th of April. PMD advised me to take to barneys panelbeaters 2-3 weeks later. Continuously either the incorrect parts are delivered, or no parts are delivered. The panel beater mails are always ignored when enquiring about additional parts requested,if I don’t follow up then your team just seat with the emails and does nothing. Parts that have been requested months ago to this day haven’t been delivered. A clear demonstration of incompetence and someone should be held accountable for all this mess.

Updates sent to my phone are always lies about status of my car. We are now 67 days later, and again we are waiting since incorrect part were delivered at the panel beaters today.

I have been without my car for 67 days? I drive 80 km to my work everyday,this team doesn’t care about people.

Please help with an email to send a formal complaint against this department at pmd. The employees at *** or whoever responsible should be disciplined for this matter.
