PMD’s Ongoing Negligence: A Year of Poor Service and Broken Promises

PMD has failed to resolve my vehicle issues since 2023, showing poor communication and unprofessionalism. They ignore evidence of accident-related damage, falsely claiming "wear and tear," and refuse to provide requested reports and recordings. Their lack of accountability, delayed responses, and dismissive attitude are unacceptable.

Dear Prime SA Team,

I appreciate your response, but I have heard this promise before with no action taken. My complaint has been ongoing since 2023, and despite multiple follow-ups, I only receive generic replies with no real resolution. Your lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I expect immediate action, not another empty 48-hour promise.

Please provide a concrete update on resolving this issue urgently.

I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing post-repair issues with my vehicle and the lack of accountability from [Company Name]. Despite numerous emails and calls since October, my concerns remain unresolved.
Key issues include:
  • Undercarriage & Suspension Damage: The accident caused my car to hit a curb, affecting the undercarriage and suspension. The insurer agreed to replace the undercarriage, but they failed to assess the full impact on my shocks. Independent reports from Tyres & More confirm the damage, yet they refuse to acknowledge it.
  • Galliga Assessment & Lack of Transparency: I was instructed by Mr. Len to take my car to Galliga, but I never received an assessment report. The company has not explained why this was necessary if the damage was considered “wear and tear.”
  • Additional Unresolved Issues: My front headlight takes in water, my brake light fails every three months, I was given a non-roadworthy tyre, my door handle was damaged by Galliga, and both front windows make unusual noises—all issues that arose after the accident.
The company continues to dismiss valid concerns and deflect responsibility. I demand a proper resolution, failing which I will escalate this complaint further.
