PMD worst insurance

My PMD policy lapsed because of non payment of premiums When I was involved in an accident and the tow truck driver dropped my car at the wrong place, I told the first help tow truck driver to leave the car at my place of residence because my premium had lapsed and he decide to drop it off at Renew it Sandton, now I am told I cannot take my car because of some fees that I need to pay for the towing. The tow truck driver did not follow my instructions and dropped my car where he pleased. I would like my car to be released so I can work on fixing it and cancel my PMD premium. The worst insurance I have dealt with. I wouldn't advise people to continue using them, they will take your money each month and then ***** you over
