PMD Senior Management terrible judgment, do u even make calls

THIS complaint IS NOT DIRECTED COMPLETELY ABOUT PMD or it would have had 1 star. PMD that's u has outsourced your lead generation to other companies namely Premium Save/pay I cannot find them on the list here hence u will have to deal with it as u pay them.. AND STOP PAYING THEM FOR LEADS. I have received over 17 calls in the last 24hours from them asking if it would be oki for PMD to call me. I said fine. I had already got my quotation from a very good agent u have happy/tsegofatso ... However when she call me this morning I had already lost my cool. As the company u hired Premium save or whoever they are...are repeating leads ...10 agents cannot call 1 client 10 times in 1 day.. keep in mind I already got my quotation. Today happy called to see if I wanted to accept the quote. Today she lost a sale because this company had already called me like 4 times by 9am this morning and i really was just very angry 🌄. End your partnership with them...U ARE PAYING THEM FOR NOTHING, I spoke to a supervisor there. Who did not even know the basics . No listening skills. Now I have just more thing to say. I come from call centre insurance sales and then onto customer service. You cannot reprimand agents if they are not making target when I give them the worst leads. And then deal with angry upset potential clients. The agents have it had enough already cold calling. This is upper management who made a bad deal with a third party company they must check themselves before they wreck someones day...I'm.refering to your agents. Did u know call centre sales is in the top 10 of most stressful anxiety creating jobs globally. N to top it u want them to meet target. But upper management can't even do there's...shame on u for making these agents feel like they not doing anything right. When infact it you the company who can't do your jobs I'm referring to senior managers here....who will be leaving at 1pm today....and leave your agents with bad leads till 5,6 or 7pm. Kom reg Julle...as far as I am concerned whatever campaign I got them on. All targets should be removed. Agents should be sent home. I don't ever see senior management getting in trouble. I have my calls recorded aswell...don't make me go to the ombudsman or the regulator. Trust me u don't want that heat or fine. Management must come right... Ppl.dont leave jobs they leave managers. So when agents are or making target its your fault not theirs. Please call me so i can give you more insight on how to generate good leads and help u run your company.
