PMD's \No excess"is a lie...NEVER believe them!!!"""

Has anyone claimed from PMD? How was their service? They promise that there is no excess on their insurance but I was told that they will only pay R4000 of the damage and I will have to pay the rest of my damage, roughly R40k....what is the use of an insurance if I still need to pay such amount? They never update you on the status of your claim, you must be the one chasing them, I wonder if that will be the same if you miss one premium. Don't believe their charm when they say you won't have to pay a cent when you claim, I believe that the third party claim would be a nightmare as well......PMD, please treat us fairly as we do every monthend, filling up your bank account, for absolutely NOTHING!!!!!
