PMD ******S .DO NOT USE THEM!!!

0 stars...since the 26 October they've been giving me the runaround. they never call you, you have to call them and when you do, they have no idea about the product they offer. They sent me to get a quote at Smash Autobody, i went and got the quote and it was R37020 I sent it to PMD and requested a cash in lieu pay out, they agreed less excess R7700 which would amount to R29320. They then went back on their agreement and amended the quote to R17200 with second hand and non oem parts, RONNIE NORTJE wants to replace my original oem doors with aftermarket products which i cannot accept due to safety reasons, I told him that and he said my car is old so thats my problem. They offer no reasons no communications nothing to assist their clients. They use the Smash Autobody letterheads but change the names and amounts when they amend quotes. this seems suspicious to me. they do not care about assisting you, they just want to save their money, by offering the worst insurance services ever. I requested a cash in lieu pay out and their offer was not even R10 000, Whereas the quote from SMASH autobody was R37020...they want to give me less then a third to fix my car. unacceptable service.
