Pmd rob me of R2300 for towing service which was part of my benefits
I took a insurance for my kia rio,had accident and now they not paying said due to speedy and now I have to pay for the service of towing and storage which this wasn't explained ,they have a clause which nobody explain .I feel they note paying is robbing me of my premiers and because it's a early claim .Towing service was part of the benefits that was offered now need to pay R2300

Thank you for alerting us to your unease regarding the towing fees you need to pay to have your car released to you.
As a service to our clients, we have an arrangement with our service providers to assist with the safe storage of our clients’ vehicles. This service is provided throughout South Africa at rates far lower than those of private towing yards. Unfortunately, due to the fact that your claim was not successful, the fees applicable to have your vehicle released to you will remain for your own account.
Our Market Conduct Department assures us that they have already been in contact with and will provide you with a further detailed explanation regarding your matter.
We are delighted to announce that our Comprehensive policy has moved from a limited driver policy to an open driver policy to provide a wider range of cover to our policyholders.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.
