PMD Refund Me Please!

I cancelled my policy with them yesterday(26 Feb 2020) and I already made a payment to earlier in the day. So they told me the refund will take up to 5 days. Today when I called them after receiving a sms saying they received my payment they tell me the refund will take up to 14days... now tell me who is lying here... I'm very upset and very disappointed. PMD I will not recommend you to anyone.
