PMD. Prime Meridian Direct is a ****

PMD is a ****!! 😡I took a vehicle policy with them in 2019 till date I have not claimed anything from them. After 2 years insured with them I get an SMS saying my premiums will increase by R200 whereas it was said to me premiums are fixed. When I took the policy 2 years ago I was given an access fee of R5000 which was said to decrease every month. 2 years letter I expect my access to be lower than R5000 as per the contractual agreement, to my surprise I was told it went up to R12500 because I am under the age of 30. All this was not mentioned at the inception of the contract. All this was not communicated to me until I gave them a call. They told me they are allowed to make changes as long as they give clients 30 days notice. Like what the f*** is that??? 😡
