PMD poor service

PMD insurance is only taking and fails to provide as promised. I was involved in a car accident on August, they took more than a month to investigate. Afterwards I was told to pay for the collection fee at SMD yet after the accident I requested for my car to be towed to my place. I am now liable to fix my car and pay the collection fee because my claim was declined. PMD staff is also *********** because they can't even listen to the recorded call and confirm that they are the ones liable for the collection costs since they insisted that my car should be towed to PMD. They don't even deserve 1 star because their service is poor.
