PMD parts problem
I got into an accident on the 24th of December 2024. I have been calling both PMD and The panel beater to ask about the progress of repairs. I have been moved from pillar to post for 3 months now and there is no progress in my car getting fixed. PMD has been telling me that they have sent parts to the panel beater but when I call the panel beater they tell me that no parts have been received since the 13th of March 2024. Dealing with these people has been exhausting because I call in everyday using my airtime, I am being debited money for insurance every month and yet the car is stuck at the panel beater with little to no progress. I am writing this as a frustrated customer who has had enough of the back and forths💔
