PMD IS WORST and Poor Communication.

THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. My claim was approved on the 30th of October but till today I am still waiting for them to repair my car. The Harrismith Panel Beater could not repair my car because PMD is not providing them with parts. I don't have a car right now and I want to go home as we're closing at work.Their communication is very poor they want me to call them. I want them to release my car today.
