PMD is the most useless insurance campany

This is the most useless insurance company I ever met.

When I took their policy nit was explained to me that I will be covered full on their comprehensive cover I took.

I was paying every month for nothing.

When they tried to hijack my car on June last year my car sustained few demages while I was trying to run away.

I then registered a claim with them. They requested many things not once they let to go and look something when you come back and ask another thing I was frustrated but I had no choice because I wanted my car fixed.

After submitting everything to them, they took 4 months to give me feedback after chasing them with calls and emails.

They then explained to me that they cant cover the damages since it was not a motor vehicle accident and they dont cover minor damages.

I told them that I have voice calls PMD explaining to me what I am covered for they told me that their decision is final I tried to appeal but it was declined again.

I was frustrated and very angry because I had tried to to check what I was covered for based on the policy terms.

The staff we very rude and not willing to assist.

I had to go and do a loan for my vehicle to be repaired.

before the incident everyone my friends, family and colleagues were warning me to find alternative insurance but I was fooled by this guys.

I would like to warn everyone who are with PMD that PMD is a ****m they wont assist you in any how they will be nice on you when you have to take the policy once you take the policy you, they wont give you any chance

This is the most useless insurance company that is only chewing peoples money with no intention of assisting.

Even today I am still paying the loan I made to fix my vehicle because of this guys PMD is just making people to leave with false hope and damage their future.

If you are with PMD just know you dont have insurance at all.
