Pmd is so pathetic. They ****med me my money. They treated me unfairly.

I was with pmd for almost two years and I was paying 1200 for 2021 polo vivo trendline. This year February I was involved in a car accident and immediately after the accident I called them to notify them also to tell them that first help towing company is there to tow my car and they (pmd) told me to relax and they will take care of everything..four days later they called me telling me that they rejected my claim and my car is right off..I appealed and they sent me invoice of R2900 telling me to go collect my car from the storage..I was so confused but i went to collect the car from the storage. I asked lots of questions I even asked why my claim was rejected, they told me that I didn't stop at the robot but they failed to provide me with footage or to prove what they were talking of.am now stuck with a write off car..am paying for a car that am not using ..please help me..
